Terms of Service

By using our website, booking a repair, or bringing a device to our shop at 190 Cavehill Road, Belfast BT15 5EX, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

WeFixIT NI provides tech repair services including but not limited to: phone repairs, laptop repairs, tablet repairs, console repairs, PC builds and upgrades, data recovery, and business IT support. All services are provided from our shop address at 190 Cavehill Road, Belfast BT15 5EX.

2. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee

If we cannot repair your device, you will not be charged. This applies to the repair work itself. If diagnostic work is required and we determine the repair is not feasible, there is no charge for the diagnosis either. We will always inform you before any chargeable work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due upon collection of your repaired device unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit/debit card (in-store)
  • Contactless payments

4. Repair Warranty

All repairs come with a warranty:

  • Screen repairs: 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects in the replacement part and workmanship
  • Battery replacements: 90-day warranty
  • Other hardware repairs: 90-day warranty on parts and labour
  • Software repairs: 30-day warranty

This warranty does not cover: accidental damage after the repair, liquid damage, damage caused by third-party intervention, or new unrelated faults that develop after the repair.

5. Your Responsibilities

By leaving a device with us for repair, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the device or have the owner's permission
  • You have backed up your data before bringing the device to us
  • You have provided accurate contact information so we can reach you about your repair

While we take every care, we recommend backing up your data before any repair. We are not responsible for data loss. If data recovery is part of the service, we will discuss this with you separately.

6. Abandoned Devices

Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days after we have notified you that the repair is complete (or that repair is not possible) will be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you provided. After 90 days, we reserve the right to dispose of or recycle the device in an environmentally responsible manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the repair service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, which cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Website Use

The content on wefixitni.com is for general information. While we strive to keep pricing and service information accurate, prices and availability may change. The contact form and AI assistant are provided for convenience — please call us directly for urgent matters.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the wider United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
